Dear friends of the Democratic Party,
since the day he took office and despite the "Viaticum" asked the undersigned in exchange for a strong commitment to support the ' Directors, the secretary of our (our?) Party never misses a chance to "bomb" it is my daily and the town council, with government initiatives never agreed (or at least announced, not least good manners), private and appreciation that I imagine even heavier, at least like that done to me personally, the absolute inability of councilors currently in office, no exceptions.
So, since I could not do it in person (I had requested the meeting several weeks ago has been refused), to free person, on average, informed, with some use of the world, an interesting job and discrete readings I would like to share with you some observations.
The first method is: perhaps it would be desirable to maintain a minimum, if not elegance (that after a certain age do not learn more), at least good manners (which can be rather easy to forget).
Others related to merit. It links right to the question of the ways used in the administration, and in particular myself.
are ways that, intentionally or not, impart a specific message.
What message? This: "Dear amateurs, get away. E 'come (or rather, back) the time of professionals. " In short, nothing but civil society! It takes "something else" to do politics.

Unfortunately, from this point of view, I think having to give some troubles. I understand that many in fact have a very clear memory of the "best of all possible worlds" that was the administration of Greve in Chianti in the eighties.
Those were the days ... When the Mayor could afford to nominate, against all and all, and especially against common sense, the location of Ercoluzzo, one of the most beautiful and delicate of our City, as a site suitable for landfill. When the planning was done without too many complications, for example, without wasting time and energy to change the zoning then in force (and overlooked details such as the elimination of annoying what would have been urbanization Triacca) until 1993, when it was approved in type of protection and safeguards, which eliminated 220,000 cubic meters under the old plan of manufacture.
Those were, in fact, the Roaring Twenties. To the north were the years of "Milano da and elsewhere were those of the careers that rose and fell coaster. Years in which a councilor could become in a short space of time a senior (involuntary) of politics, stand for election to the City of which he was mayor, with a list as opposed to his party of origin, and, after having lost engage in a political trekking through almost all the existing parties, until application to the City of Florence (votes reported: 24), and subsequent return to the home country, devoting himself to winning the Democratic Party, perhaps mistaken for the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg.
Moreover, these solutions are in line with the times: unscrupulous impromptu-style authoritarian and masculine, with the contempt of reality, not just the reality.
I would not repeat myself, but not given, historically, the case of a party that wins the election by the outgoing administration to war, if this is the same color. In Viareggio has happened exactly this: Marcucci protesters have taken up the stratospheric figure of 28 percent, in a city traditionally left.
This, however, are insignificant detail, perhaps in a situation that is serious, but certainly not serious. The problem, if anything, will the votes. But even in this case it is just a small detail, even minimal, for those who have already had to place a 24 share.

Il Tar (Tribunale amministrativo regionale) della Toscana, ha respinto il ricorso presentato da un gruppo di associazioni ambientaliste per l’annullamento public acts of the City of San Casciano and Florence Province Ponterotto who identified the area for the construction of the new plant of Laika.
"In part - says the decision - declaring the appeal inadmissible, in part rejects it." In practice, a part of the action was not discussed because it is not permissible, while the negative results discussed for the defendants.
